This is where we find out about you and your company, product or service.

We’ll call you up and hash it out or if you’re shy, we’ll send you a questionnaire.

Proposal

By this point we should have an idea of what you’re looking for.  We’ll put together a proposal for a video that we think will best fit your needs.

This will take the form of a point by point summary that we will email to you for your consideration.

Script

Upon your approval, we’ll write up a detailed script based on the proposal.  This will include voiceover, character dialog and descriptions of the visuals.

We’ll email this to you as well so you can make sure we’re on the same page.

Concept Art

Once you’re happy with the script, we’ll go about designing the characters, props and locations that your animated video will contain.

We will then send you pictures of the various designs for feedback and approval.

Storyboards

Next, we will work up the storyboards.  These are shot by shot visualizations of your animated video showing movement and editing along with notations for voiceover, dialogue, music and sound effects.

You can expect these to show up in your inbox as well!

Voice-over

After your storyboard is finished and approved, we will work with you to determine what kind of voice to give to your narration

We will send you a selection of voice examples to choose from.  From there, we’ll pick a winner and move to the next step.

Animation, Editing & Sound

Here’s where it all starts to come together!  We’ll bring life to your characters, edit the shots together, add sound effects, music and narration.

We’ll send over the rough cut when we’re finished!

Revisions

This is where we email back and forth and smooth out all of the wrinkles.

We’ll send over different cuts of the video until you are satisfied with the final product.

Delivery

Upon completion, we’ll send you a high definition file for use on the web!

The final video in 1080p HD.

Well, we needed a step ten so here we are.  Once your video is done, we’ll be happy to help with any add-on features like subtitles or closed captioning.
